How to set up a schedule for your Social Dynamic Ads?

This article will briefly explain how your dynamic ads for Facebook, Pinterest and Snapchat can stay updated with your master data feed.

In Bannerwise you can create Social Dynamic Ads for Facebook, Snapchat, and Pinterest. When you upload your dynamic feed to Bannerwise, you are required to provide a URL of the hosted XML or CSV feed. This feed represents your master feed and can automatically be updated if you add new products or make changes to existing products.

To make that possible, you have to set up a schedule in the "feed settings" in Bannerwise. Updating your dynamic ads only takes place if you have entered the URL generated by Bannerwise in your product catalog (Facebook, Snapchat, or Pinterest). In other words, your dynamic ads must be published.

Follow the steps below to set up your schedule:

  • In the main hub, click on "Configurations" and "Feeds."

  • Click on "Edit" on the feed you want to set up the schedule. If you haven't uploaded your feed yet, have a look at this article.

  • By default, when you upload a feed, the "Automatically update feed" toggle is ON. Unless you've manually disabled it, your feed schedule will look something like the image below:

To set up your feed schedule to your needs, make sure the toggle is still ON and select the following information:

  • Frequency

  • Time

  • Timezone

  • When you're done, simply click on "Save".

From now on, Bannerwise will synch with your master data feed at the time specified and update the custom feed based on changes in your master. After every synch, you will receive a Reporting email in your inbox.
