Bannerwise offers the capability to create custom dynamic ads for various advertising networks, including Criteo. These ads can help businesses increase personalization, enhance branding, and ultimately improve ad performance and stand out from the competition. To get started, the first step is to upload your product feed to Bannerwise. Are you ready to take your advertising to the next level with custom dynamic ads?

šŸ’” Good to know: To upload a Criteo product feed in Bannerwise, it must meet the same specifications as a Google Ads Retail feed in XML or CSV file type. It's important to ensure that your product feed follows these guidelines before uploading it to Bannerwise. This will ensure that your feed is correctly formatted and can be used effectively to create custom dynamic ads for your Criteo advertising campaigns. You can also download an example feed here.

  • In the main hub, click on ā€œConfigurationsā€ and click on ā€œFeedsā€.

  • Select ā€œCriteoā€ from the drop-down menu and click on ā€œContinueā€.

  • Fill in the fields from the modal:

  • Click on ā€œAdd feedā€ when youā€™re done.

The next step is to map your feed. In short, mapping refers to the process of matching the attributes of your product feed with the corresponding element type in the ad template. This is an important step in creating custom dynamic ads as it ensures that the correct product information is displayed in the ad.

  • If your feed is successfully uploaded, youā€™ll see the following modal. Simply click on ā€œStart mappingā€.

  • By default, all attributes are marked as ā€œdo not importā€. This means that the attribute will not be visible while adding dynamic elements. Simply select an element or "Do not import" for each attribute in your feed and click on "Save" when you're finished.

šŸ’” Good to know: When mapping your feed, please keep these rules in mind:

  • Mapping your elements as an image means that it will display the source of the image set in your feed.

  • Mapping your elements as a text or button will display it as text.

  • Attributes such as "final_url", "product_link" or "destination_url" must be mapped as "Click area".

  • Mapping an element incorrectly will require you to remap your feed.

  • Elements that are not used for a visual representation like "ID" do not need to be mapped.

Thatā€™s it! Youā€™ve successfully uploaded your feed for Criteo in Bannerwise!
