How to customize dynamic price currency formatting?

As you know, one of the great benefits of using dynamic elements in your ads is to deliver personalized messages to your audience. This helps in making sure you show the right content to the right people at the right time. Price is a very important information and Bannerwise makes sure that the correct currency formatting accompanies it.

You can select the currency format you want to use in the process of uploading your feed to Bannerwise, for example:

The dropdown menu will show 10 options you can choose from. However, if you want to customize even more how dynamic prices will display, you can do so by selecting "Customize" option.

Start customizing your price display with the options visible in the image below. The full amount and decimal example on the left part will immediately show the choices selected:

  • Currency sign: Choose wether you want the currency sign to be visible and wether you prefer it to be placed on the right or left of the amount. The supported options are:

    • None

    • Left

    • Right

  • Space between amount and sign: Enable or disable the option to either have a space between the amount and sign or not.

  • Formatting for thousands: Select the quotation mark that will display when price amounts contain thousands. The supported options are:

    • None

    • Point

    • Comma

    • Single quote

    • Space

  • Decimal number separation: Choose the quotation mark that will separate decimal numbers. The supported options are:

    • None

    • Point

    • Comma

  • Decimal alignment: Select how the decimal numbers will be aligned with the rest of the number. Supported options are:

    • Inline

    • Superscript

    • subscript

  • Full amounts: Do you want full amounts to display decimals or not? Supported options are:

    • None

    • 00

    • -
