In Bannerwise you’re able to upload Custom Fonts to always build ads that reflect your brand identity. At this moment, Bannerwise requires the custom font to be a Webfont and a .TTF file for it to be accepted. It can happen, however, that the font file you have at the moment is not complying with those specifications.

💡 Good to know: If you have a font file in a different file format, OTF for example, or if your TTF is not yet a Webfont, transform your files accordingly following the steps below.

  • Visit the Fontsquirrel website

  • Click on “Upload Fonts” and search for the font you would like to convert.

  • Switch the settings from “Optimal” to “Expert...” to view the required settings.

  • Under “Font Formats” select “Truetype” (TTF) and disable all other formats.

  • Accept the agreement at the bottom of the page.

  • Click "Download your kit".

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ❗❗

In some cases, Fontsquirrel will not accept your font because the owner of the font has requested it to be blacklisted. In that case please request a licensed Webfont version from your font vendor.

  • Now that your font is a Webfont and a .TTF file, go back to Bannerwise and upload the font again.
