Did you build a dynamic display ad set for Adform and found out that the dynamic elements are not displaying after exporting the ads? This can happen if:

Client ID and Template ID are not correct:

This information is added in when you upload your feed in Bannerwise. It is very important that these two numbers are exactly the same ones showing in Adform to ensure dynamic elements render correctly. Please verify that the ClientID and TemplateID numbers added in Bannerwise are the ones showing in AdForm. For more information, have a look at this article.

Dynamic product feed doesn't meet the following requirements:

  • Verify that it is an XML feed.

  • Check if all external sources, like images and URLs, have HTTPS in front of them, if you do not intend on using them for a direct campaign.

  • At this moment Bannerwise only supports a specific feed structure for AdForm. Check if the structure of the feed is products > product. See an example of the Adform feed structure here. For example, XML feeds that are based on the structure of Google Retail feeds are not accepted.

If you have gone through the steps in this troubleshooting article and made sure everything is set properly, your ads will display the Dynamic elements after exporting them.
