There are 7 different types of elements Bannerwise supports, each with their own specifications. Let's take a closer look at each element type.
Logos
In Bannerwise we separate logos from regular images as a form of asset management. This way you can easily find all the logos you use in 1 ad set.
In order to upload a logo the image file has to adhere to the following specifications.
The file has to be a .jp(e)g, .png, .svg or .gif
The maximum file size is 2MB
The maximum height of an image in pixels is 10.000
The maximum width of an image in pixels is 10.000
Images
As mentioned above images have a different use case than logos. In Bannerwise images are mostly used as backgrounds and artwork in ads.
In order to upload a logo the image file has to adhere to the following specifications.
The file has to be a .jp(e)g, .png, .svg or .gif
The maximum file size is 2MB
The maximum height of an image in pixels is 10.000
The maximum width of an image in pixels is 10.000
Text
In Bannerwise we support two different kinds of fonts, Google Fonts and Custom Fonts. Because of that you’ll find an extra button in your library called “Google Fonts”.

In order to upload a Custom Font the font file has to adhere to the following specifications.
The file has to be a .ttf (TrueType Font)
The maximum file size is 2MB
The font has to be webfont ready
The font has to be licensed by you
Buttons
There is a slightly different set up for buttons in Bannerwise. The button library contains a set of 8 prefixed button styles which you can select and use in your ads. Once the buttons are added you can customize the button styles, which we will talk about later on in this beginners guide.
Shapes
Just like with text elements there are two different kinds of shapes, Public Shapes and Custom Shapes. In this case the Public Shapes exist out of a pre selection of common used shapes which you can use in your ads.
In order to upload a Custom Shape the file has to adhere to the following specifications.
The file has to be a .svg
The maximum file size is 2MB
The vectors have to be flattened
The shape can only contain 1 color
Videos
The video library works exactly the same as the image library, the only difference is that this library contains videos.
In order to upload a logo the image file has to adhere to the following specifications.
The file has to be a .mp4
The maximum file size is 2.2MB
The maximum playback length is 15 seconds
