As part of your Onboarding period with Bannerwise, our Product Specialists provide personalized training. These meetings are suitable for the end users of Bannerwise, for those who will be using Bannerwise frequently such as designers and online marketers.
The so-called Technical Onboarding Calls are arranged via a video-call and they take about one hour. Product Specialists will show and explain in depth the Bannerwise platform, focusing on those areas and features that are most important for you and your business.
To make the best out of the training, we highly advise you to explore the tool and create one ad set on your own (getting help from our Help Center) before the call takes place. It is important for us to know what the first experience feels like and gather your feedback. On top of that, we’ve experienced that the more you play around with the tool, the more questions arise and the better we can resolve them during the call.
