How to invite customers to my MCC account?

Read how to invite customers to your MCC account and collaborate together in the ad building process.

Having an MCC account (My Client Center) in Bannerwise, allows you to invite customers and co-work on your clients’ campaigns. Your clients will have their own subscription in Bannerwise and you will be able to log in their account whenever you need to work on the ads.

Follow the steps below to start inviting your customers:

  • In the hub click on "Account" and click on "Clients".

  • Click on "Add client".

  • Click on "Invite" in the option Self service client.

  • Fill in the email address of your client and click on "Send".

💡 Good to know: You can only invite clients that have not yet an active account in Bannerwise.

Your client will receive an email to sign up for a free trial of 7 days with Bannerwise and both accounts (yours and your client’s) will be linked. Once the trial is expired, it is necessary for your client to upgrade for a paid plan in Bannerwise. Note that with an expired trial account, you won’t have access to the ads built in this account.


If the client you want to invite has already an active account, it is not possible to send an invitation. In this case, please contact us and we will link the accounts for you.
