If you have an MCC account, you can log in to your client’s environment and work on their ads.
💡 Good to know: To ensure that you can access your client's account, you must have logged in with your white-label domain and not with the generic "client.bannerwise.io". Your white-label domain will most probably look something like "companyname.bannerwise.io".
Login to your Bannerwise account using your custom domain and from there, follow the steps shown below:
In the hub click on "Account" and click on "Clients".
Find the Self-service client you want in the list and click on "Log in".
That's it! You are now logged in your client's environment and you have access to their ads. If you have finished working on the account, simply log-out. You will then be redirected to your MCC account.
