How to create and manage folders?

Keep your ad sets organized in folders and easily find them any time when needed.

To always have at hand the ad sets you need and don’t spend time looking for them, Bannerwise provides the possibility of creating a folder structure. Simply follow the steps below to start creating your own:

  • In the main hub, click on "Manage" and click on "Ads".

  • On the left side, click on the icon “Add folder”.

  • The first folder you create will be a “Parent folder” where you can include subfolders if you want. We advise you to add a general name to it. Some of the most common names that are used to organize your ads are: Social ads, Display ads, name of brands you work with, different products you advertise… Once you fill in the name, click on “Add folder”.

  • The folder will now show on the left part of the screen:

If you want to add more folders, simply click on "Add folder" icon again.

  • If you want your folder to be a "child/subfolder" of an already created folder, click on the dropdown menu. You can now select the parent folder. For example, we are adding the child folder "FW2021" to the parent folder "Social Ads" we previously created. Click on "Add folder" when you're ready.

  • If you now have a look at the left side of the screen, you can see the folder "FW2021" inside the "Social Ads" folder.

This is it! The options are endless and you can create your folder structure and adapt it to your needs. Note that you can also create as many subfolders as you need.
