Have you created an ad set but you can’t find them in the ad overview? Most probably, your sets are located in a different workspace than the one you are looking in. Follow the steps below to find your ad sets:
In the hub, select your brand workspace. Remember that when you select a specific workspace, you will only see the content that belongs to that specific workspace. Choose one of the workspaces in the dropdown.
Now that you are in a different workspace, click on "Manage" and "Ads".
Fill in the name of the ad set you are looking for. Did you find it? If not, please check the rest of workspaces.
