Bannerwise supports multiple networks and it makes sure that the ads you download meet the specification of the network you choose in the publishing flow.
If you have uploaded ads to a network and you have received some feedback in regards to the ClickTag missing or set up wrongly in the HTML file, please verify whether the ads uploaded into the network were downloaded for that specific network. No changes need to be made on the HTML on your end.
You can check that by looking at the .zip file Bannerwise generates when you export an ad set. The .zip file name includes the name of the ad set and the network it was published for. You can see in the image below that the network chosen was Adform:
Does the .zip file contain the same network name as the one you are uploading the ads to?
If not, go to your Bannerwise account and publish your ads again choosing, this time, the exact same network where you will upload your ads. To know how to publish your ads, check out this article.
If it does, check if your ad set contains a "Click area" element added and if so, remove it from the ads and ensure that only the Landing Page URL is added.
