Bannerwise supports multiple networks and it makes sure that the ads you download meet the specification of the network you choose in the publishing flow.

If you have uploaded ads to a network and you have received some feedback in regards to the ClickTag missing or set up wrongly in the HTML file, please verify whether the ads uploaded into the network were downloaded for that specific network. Most probably they weren’t and therefore, your ads are not complying with the required specifications.

Note that no changes need to be made on the HTML on your end.

To troubleshoot this, go to your Bannerwise account and publish your ads again choosing this time the exact same network where you will upload your ads. To know how to publish your ads, check out this article.
