Were you about to upload your Dynamic Product Ads URL into your Facebook catalogue but your uploading session failed and got the error “Bad Request”?

This error happens when the fields “Username” and “Password” are filled in the second step “Set up feed”:

To resolve this and avoid from happening in the future again, remove the information in those two fields and make sure they are empty. Add the URL you received from Bannerwise and click on “Next”.

Your products will successfully upload.
