In Bannerwise it is possible to set up a schedule to decide how often you want your social dynamic ads to be updated with the most recent product information of your source feed. It is also possible to stop this if, for example, the campaign is over.
You might have a dynamic feed uploaded in Bannerwise that you have used to build multiple ad sets. Now, you realize that, from all those ad sets, actually only a couple are still running on a live campaign. As best practise, you can disable the ads not running from being synchronized.
Follow the steps below to know how to achieve this:
In the main hub, click on "Configurations" and "Feeds."
Click on "Edit" on the feed that contains the ad sets you want to stop synchronizing.
Click on the tab named "Ads" to see the ad sets linked to the specific feed.
Click on the toggle of those ad sets you want to stop from being updated.
Once you're done, click "Save and Close".
You will get the following notification. Click on "Continue" to finish the process.
You're done! The ads you disable will stop updating their content.
