With Bannerwise you are able to automatically resize buttons based on its text content. This might be helpful, for example, when you are working with multiple languages or dynamic content.

Follow the steps below to setup auto scaling for buttons:

  • In the “single view” select a button element

  • In the “property panel” click on “Arrange” tab

  • From the “Arrange” section, select the toggle for “Auto-sizing”

Now that you’ve toggled on the auto-sizing toggle the auto-size properties will appear. By default the “width only” option is selected in the auto-sizing dropdown. This means that the button will only resize itself along to “x-axis”.

You now need to set a minimum and maximum width value. Once you’ve done that, the button will resize between the boundaries you added, based on the text length of the button label.
