How to update your payment details?

Prevent suspension by making sure your payment details are correct

Follow the steps below if you want to update your payment details:

  • Click on "Account" in the navigation bar and select "Billing" from the dropdown. 

  • Click on "Payment Method" tab and select the new payment method and payment provider in the dropdown. 

Find below the payment providers you can choose from:

For credit cards you can select:

  • MasterCard

  • Visa

  • American Express

For iDeal you can select:

  • ABN Ambro

  • ASN Bank

  • ING

  • Knab

  • Rabobank

  • RegioBank

  • SNS Bank

  • Triodos Bank

  • Van Lanschot

After selecting both a payment method and a payment provider the blue button will enable. 

  • Click on "Update payment details" to update your payment details. 

After updating your payment method we will charge 1 EURO CENT to verify your payment method.
