As you know, in Bannerwise it is possible to build and create dynamic ads. One of the steps in this process is to upload the product feed in Bannerwise to design your creatives.

If you are in the process of uploading a feed and you get the error message “No references found”, it means that the reference name given in the first column in your feed is not supported by Bannerwise.

The attribute in the feed referring to the unique product IDs must be named "ID". Any other variants will not be accepted. Exclusively for Google Studio, the attribute in the feed referring to the unique product IDs can be named "ID" or "Unique_ID".

Simply modify the reference in your feed and save the changes. Once the new feed is ready, upload it again to Bannerwise.
